Brenda Zimmerman, RCC, CCC
My approach to counselling is grounded in empathy and I’m committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and struggles at their own pace. I have extensive experience working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges and I continue to be passionate about empowering people to reclaim their lives.
Melissa Kramer, she/her RCC, CCC
Whether you're facing challenges in pregnancy, post-partum, or parenthood, anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, or questions about identity and faith, my role is to walk alongside you with empathy and care. Our time together is a collaborative process as we move toward finding your inner strength.
Erica Franken, she/her Student Intern
It is my greatest honour to share this work with others, to be a witness to the wisdom that she knows resides within each of our hearts and to hold space for the healing that awaits us.
Rose Welsh, she/her RCC, CCC
I tailor my approach to each client's individual needs and goals, using collaboration, evidence-based techniques, and a person-centered approach.
Sharon Peters, Student Intern
As a student therapist, my goal is to offer a compassionate space for you, where all parts of you are welcome. Bring your full, true self and I will do the same, as we explore both the places of pain and the hopes you have coming into therapy. I will work collaboratively with you to determine an approach to therapy that is tailored specifically to you and your goals.
I would consider it an honour to walk with you in this season of your journey.
Carolyn McKenna she/her M.C., R.C.C.
I work with adult women (including the perinatal population) and youth (ages 12-26). My approach is strengths-based and nature-inclusive.
Beth Gray she/her R.C.C.
As a counsellor I create a safe space for you to connect with yourself.
Brynn Gillies she/her MA, RSW, RCC
I am known for my open-minded and compassionate nature. I am an LGBTQ2-S+ ally and I have experience working with folks who identify as neurodivergent. As a helping professional, I aim to create an environment in which individuals feel safe, heard, validated, and supported as they identify and meet their needs.
Lana Plummer, M.A., R.C.C.
The world is a noisy place with endless competing demands for our time and our attention, and the unfortunate result for many is a heavy sense of being buried beneath it all, with our own needs lying somewhere at the bottom of the rubble. This. Can. Change.
Amanda Rallings M.C., C.C.C.
I support those struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, chronic illness, and major life transitions. I also specialize in ADHD (adults, couples and parents).
Ashley Stewart she/her M.A., R.C.C.
I will help create a safe space in which you can explore your strengths, identify your needs and opportunities for change, and to help you to make sense of the things that have been troubling you. My practice is Trauma Informed, and will be tailored to you and your goals, and always focused on putting you and your needs first.
Sarah Chalk M.Ed., C.C.C.
